3KT is the last undeveloped plot around the Aker Brygge area. Here, Ferd Eiendom and Vedal Invest aim to create a vibrant and future-oriented commercial building that will also contribute added value to the entire area.
From the summer of 2022, we began with temporary activation of the area. This temporary activation will continue every summer until the construction start, which is estimated for 2026.
